Orbis is partnered with a mission-led & well-funded start-up, looking to tackle the biggest problem in modern society with the core outcome to change peoples behavior by utilizing psychological therapy. With a recently released & successful MVP, they are now in their high growth stage.

They are hiring VP of Product to pioneer a category-defining product and looking for an enthusiastic leader who wants to be a part of something from the beginning, shaping and driving a product that could have a genuine impact on societies wellbeing.

What are the responsibilities of the VP of Product?

You will report directly to the CEO. This is a hybrid individual contributor and people management role. You will be growing, coaching and leading a product team.

• Defining and prioritizing the roadmap for the Mobile App
• Managing and developing the product delivery team
• Planning and setting OKRs
• Ensuring product metrics and business metrics are met

What skills / experience are required for the successful VP of Product?

The organization promotes a collaborative, transparent and open environment which encourages continuous feedback.

• Able to confidently challenge and influence senior stakeholders & the status quo.
• Strong empathy for users & companies’ mission
• Early stage (seed/series A-B) start-up Product Management experience
• Experience managing and leading a team of high-performing contributors
• Strong sense of ownership
• Proven success in delivering and iterating consumer facing / B2C software products (ideally mobile apps)
• Strong drive to deliver results
• Able to communicate with technical & non-technical audiences confidently and effectively

Added bonus:

• Digital therapeutic / wellness product experience
• Design / User research experience
• Familiarity with customer engagement platforms

Compensation is made up of: Base, Bonus & Equity

This role is fully remote, and open to US based candidates.
