I’m looking for a talented UX/UI Product Designer to work for this well-established Investment Management Company.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience creating and maintaining design guidelines and libraries, ideally for trading platforms.

The Role:

You’ll be primarily responsible for creating high quality user experience and visual designs across their core trading products.

 

This will be the first UX hire into the business and you will have autonomy to lead and make significant impact.

You’ll spend part of the working week in the company’s London office. For the rest of the week you have the choice to work from home.

In addition, you’ll be tasked with the following:

– Leading the design function for the business from concept to delivery

-Work closely with front office traders for usability research

– Focus on accessibility and usability through visual design.

– Map out existing flows and improve them

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this UX/UI Product Designer will have relevant experience of conducting user requirement Interviews and design concept testing.

In addition, it’s essential that you possess the following:

 

– Experience working with Figma.

– Applied knowledge of producing build specs for development teams.

– Building design prototypes

– Ability to maintain branded guidelines.
