Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000/yr - £60,000/yr

We’re looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to work for this energy trading software solutions company.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of ETRM and SQL.

The Role:

You’ll be primarily responsible for support but will also be involved in implementation.

You’ll report to the Head of Support, and you’ll spend part of the working week in the company’s London office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

 

– maintenance of the ASP hosting environment

– perform some installations and configurations

– provide some on-call services

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Technical Support Specialist role will have relevant experience of ETRM and the ability write SQL queries.

You’ll also need experience of online services and cloud computing.

The Package:

Basic salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum depending on experience

Bonus: 5%
