Tech Lead / Engineering Manager – Up to £110,000 + 17.5% + strong share scheme

I’m partnered with one of the most well-known and highly respected brands in the world as they go through a hyper-growth stage within their engineering function. The business is on the lookout for Java Tech Leads or Engineering Managers to lead small teams whilst still being hands on and close to the code.

Techstack (You are not expected to have worked with all of the below stack!)

Java, AWS, Kubernetes, SQL, React, TypeScript & more

Requirements

• BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Maths or a related STEM subject
• Expertise in with any OOP language with some exposure to frontend technologies
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small team of engineers
• Clear track record of achievements i.e. building code from scratch to production, making improvements on large scale systems
