We are currently working with a fast-growing start-up in the Supply Chain space, their Cloud-based SaaS platform helps grow businesses by connecting them to their suppliers.

The platform reorganises the supply chain by providing a single, adaptable platform that unifies data, streamlines workflows, and aligns operations with supplier aims and objectives

This is an opportunity to be heavily involved in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will be immersed in an evolving environment enabling you to learn and work closely with Azure software, infrastructure and networking services.

Role Summary 💻

As a System Administrator, you will manage internal IT systems and support them on a daily basis. In addition to internal duties, you will develop in-house expertise which can be translated into services for end customers.

Key responsibilities 🔑

  • Daily management of all internal IT systems.
  • Implementing new software, hardware, and networks.
  • Keep an eye on the current backup and antivirus systems.
  • Fully comprehend corporate practises and procedures in order to design, create, and manage automated workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with vendors to update, maintain, and install appropriate ERP and CRM systems.
  • Verify that all internal IT systems adhere to the pertinent ISO standards and lend assistance in creating policies, processes, and guidelines for IT-related matters.
  • Regular and timely updates to management on the operational health of the IT systems.
  • Ensuring that the information security policy is followed and reflected in IT systems.
  • Reporting any possible violation of information security inside the organisation.
  • Provide assistance in developing IT-related policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Construct, install, and configure desktop computers, laptops, and related accessories.

Experience required 🧠

  • Experience with a degree-level certification or a comparable IT certification.
  • Deep understanding of AD, including DFS, Kerberos, DNS, WSUS, LDAP, RADIUS, User/Group Policy, and Terminal Services. Troubleshooting Active Directory and Active Sync.
  • Desktop setup and key application support experience with Microsoft Office 365 application packages. Excel, Word, and Outlook best practices.
  • Good deployment, administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills for MS Server 2012 and MS Server 2016/2019.
  • Thorough understanding of Windows 10 Professional OS installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong SQL (DB administration) skills.
  • Good work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
  • Capable of communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
