Role overview:

As a strategic Partnerships Executive, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our strategic relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for our strategic partners, wealth managers, and Head Office staff, ensuring seamless communication and support. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including administrative tasks, resolving queries, project work, and contributing to team initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new strategic partners, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for our strategic partners, wealth managers, and Head Office staff.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve queries, adhering to agreed-upon timelines.
  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure performance objectives are met.
  • Take ownership of meeting actions and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain essential databases and directories.
  • Provide technical advice and assist in resolving escalated and complex problems.
  • Stay updated on industry news and draft communications as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and firm-wide projects.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain comprehensive departmental procedure manuals.

Requirements:

  • 5 years + of UK Financial Services and investment management experience.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of investment and pension products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • IOC qualification or progress towards it is required.
  • Knowledge of different security types, collective funds, ETFs, equities, and fixed interest.
  • Familiarity with MiFID II and Consumer Duty requirements.
