The Opportunity

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients.

This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing, and maintaining technical and functional documentation, and ensuring that solutions are implemented in accordance with best practices and industry standards.

ServiceNow Architects also stay up to date with the latest features and functionality of ServiceNow, and may recommend new features to clients. Additionally, you may provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

This requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and scripting, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and design solutions that meet their requirements
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions
• Ensure that ServiceNow solutions are implemented in accordance with best practices and industry standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality and recommend new features to clients
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

 

Ideal Requirements for this Role:

• BSc in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of relevant technical and business experience in the area of ITSM and HRM
• Knowledge of the processes of service management especially for solutioning in ServiceNow
• Experience with IT Service Management and Human Resource Management tools especially ServiceNow
• Positive and integrative collaboration skills, establishing strong supportive relationships across all departments
• Open to travel
• Fluent in English
