Field Service Engineer Needed

This client is a leading Data Centre Solutions Provider that operates globally across a wide variety of sectors. They are looking for Service Engineers who have worked with a variety of vendor networks to join their high-performing team.

You will be joining a new, forward-thinking team who will be working with key customers across multiple industries. You will have the chance to work closely with team members within the region as well as the Field Service Manager, offering considerable opportunities to grow and learn from those around you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Installing hardware upgrades and new systems.
• Network maintenance and repairs of data centre equipment.
• Configuring and installing various network devices and services.
• Providing Level 1-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Working closely with technical support on new products and integration in the field.
• Performing site audits and surveys.
• End-user interaction in Data Centres.

Required Skills:

• Mid-senior level experience as a Service Engineer.
• Experience with IBM.
• Functional knowledge of multiple vendors such as, HP, Cisco, Juniper, Sun and Dell would be ideal.
• Previous experience in a Data Centre environment.
• Self starter with the ability to think outside the box.
• Dutch speaking.
• Great communication skills.
