Senior Network Security Specialist

Our client is a global financial institution looking for a highly experienced Senior Network Security Specialist of at least 4 years to join their highly skilled workforce.

What’s the role?

You would embark on an initial 12 month project ensuring the proper security of my clients systems, networks, infrastructure, people and information as well as contribution to security procedures and policies and ensuring overall security effectiveness for my client and their customers.

Key requirements:

· Act as a main point of contact for network security matters

· Implementing new initiatives regarding cyber security

· Working within a team investigating and resolving security cases

· Help develop and implement security roadmaps for future enhancements

· Evaluate and implement new security solutions within existing infrastructure.

· Supporting operational business units in maintaining security infrastructure

· Identify and analyse tools to automate administrative tasks such as system checks, log checks and baseline compliance

· Participate in supporting audits and risk assessments

· Ability to translate technical requirements to different target audiences

Key technical skills:

· Cloud and Network Security

· WAF and OWASP Top10

· Highly organised with great communication skills

· Competent, analytical with problem solving skills

· Capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
