Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance | Financial Services | UK (Hybrid)

About the Role:

You will be joining a team that leads in supporting our FS clients with Risk and Compliance related challenges. You will lead complex client engagements, engage with senior stakeholders and regulators to solve problems in the Risk and Compliance space and deliver added value to clients by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions for improving their management of Risk and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop technology and data-enabled solutions to solve complex client challenges related to risk and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of technology and data-led thinking that supports risk reduction and enables rapid business insights, transformation, and innovation.
  • Lead teams to deliver against key requirements and manage delivery, as well as support the development of diverse and hybrid teams.
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proactively assist in the delivery of business change and conduct risk transformation projects, reporting progress to senior managers and above.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges and work with clients to create robust and sustainable change.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and identify opportunities to broaden relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with significant economic challenges and contribute to the development of the team’s technical acumen.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within Financial Services
  • Experience within Risk and Compliance
  • Experience with the development and management of technology enabled assets
  • Experience in some, or all of the following proposition areas: Model Validation, Consumer Duty, Trading / Front Office Risk, FS Compliance, Regulatory Reporting
  • Experience in consulting
