The Company:

My client, who provide professionals across the globe with premium products and innovative solution development are looking for a Senior IT Application Engineer BI to join their team.

Their clients come from a diverse range of industries, including aerospace and defence, safety and security, construction and manufacturing, whereby they support them with their geospatial needs by using their precise and accurate instruments, sophisticated software, and trusted services.

They are also part of a much bigger group, who is a leading provider of digital reality solutions, with more than 24,000 employees in 50 countries.

My client’s IT team is responsible for providing the IT business applications and IT infrastructure for its parent company’s geosystems division worldwide. You will be joining a team of highly experienced SAP technology experts with a scope for creativity and responsibility in an expanding and world-renowned company.

Candidates Requirements:

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• Experience with SAP BW
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics or IT / an equivalent qualification
• Business knowledge and/or experience in project management
• German & English language skills
• A background in one of the following sectors is a plus:
• Engineering / Development & Construction
• Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering
• Engineering and Design

What you will be doing?

• Developing global BI applications with SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud / SAC (this includes project management, concept creation, implementation and rollout)
• Maintaining and enhancing the existing SAP BI applications
• Consulting and supporting the client’s customers regarding data analysis (including support for corporate structures, processes and technology)
• Participating in international projects
