Senior IAM Engineer – London / Luxembourg / Hybrid
Job Overview
You will be required to be working within their cyber security team on site 1-2 days a week, collaborating with them as you try to anticipate the businesses IAM requirements.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating Identity and Access Management systems and solutions.
- Assessing requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions (SailPoint, OKTA, CyberArk) to meet stakeholders needs.
- Responsibilities include identifying, analysing, and resolving systems design weaknesses, prioritizing troubleshooting efforts, and pinpointing resolutions to complex issues surrounding access to systems.
- Work with various application teams to design, install, implement, configure, and maintain one or more identity and access management platforms for cloud environments.
- Develop enterprise-wide certification campaigns, perform user access certification activations and validations.
- Responsible for installing, customizing, configuration and supporting SailPoint Identity and Access Management tool and processes.
- Contribute to the continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards.
- Provide support for production IAM infrastructure systems and processes.
- Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems.
- Ensures senior management and staff are informed of any changes and updates in a timely manner.
Your assets?
- Have 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- 4+ years of SailPoint IIQ experience
- Expertise working with SailPoint Identity IQ platform – Access Lifecycle Management, Certifications, Role Management
- Expertise in onboarding applications with various connectors like Active Directory, JDBC, SCIM 2.0, Azure Active Directory
- Expertise developing APIs (SCIM, REST) leveraging Java based development
- Working knowledge of Pipeline/Build tools such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, Veracode, Sonar
- Motivated team player with a positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus
- Experience with SSO & MFA products like PingFederate, OKTA, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Delinea is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Degree qualified in Computer Science or a related field
- CISSP, or other industry recognized security certification(s) are preferred.
