Senior Financial Accountant – Fully Flexible – Competitive Salary

An Investment Management company which provides outsourcing to a range of small and medium sized firms, principally in the financial services, are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Financial Accountant to lead their service delivery and growth of the business support line.

This is an extremely unique opportunity with the chance to run a ‘business’ within a business (quoted by the CEO). You will have ownership of the accountancy practice for a very dynamic and growing organisation as well as significant autonomy with full flexibility on decision making.

You’ll be:

• Taking over the existing book of business including Plc’s and SME’s
• Accountable for service delivery to clients
• To develop and manage a Finance/Business support team
• Day- to-day hands-on client service delivery
• Business development
• General client advice and support
• The opportunity to earn equity/revenue shares within the business

You’ll have:

• Full accountancy qualifications (ACA/ ACCA or CIMA)
• 5yrs+ hand-on client servicing role
• Experience working with FCA regulated firms
• Good knowledge of Xero as well as strong Excel and IT skills
• Relationship focused and comfortable interacting with clients
• Previous managerial experience
