About the Senior Consultant in Global Rollout & Business Analytics Role:

GLOBAL ROLLOUT MANAGEMENT

• Control and implementation of international rollout projects in the field of data & technology (including tools, applications, software and processes) as (partial) project manager
• Creation of rollout concepts in the area of data & analytics including support for their implementation
• Ensuring market maturity and acceptance through continuous control of market requirements in an agile environment
• Driving new ideas for the continuous optimization of our customers’ core business using a “data-creative” mindset and analytical use cases
• User support throughout the entire development and rollout process as face-to-the-customer & market

MARKET SUPPORT & TRAINING MANAGEMENT

• Creation of training concepts and documents, mainly in English
• Implementation of different training & enablement sessions, both online and on site for various target groups up to top management, primarily in English

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Close coordination with internal and external customer interfaces (business and IT) in an agile framework
• Creation of a rollout plan including milestone and budget monitoring to ensure long-term success
• Implementation of quality checks, including on-site visits to ensure quality between the conceptual approach and execution
• Documentation of the results and derivation of recommendations for action

CHANGE & COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

• Development and adaptation of relevant concepts and approaches for the sustainable achievement of the rollout goals and KPIs
• Communicating the added value of new solutions to users and management
• Continuous exchange with relevant markets, users and stakeholders
• Coordinating knowledge transfer between markets to promote best practice approaches
• Analysis of market trends to implement new business analytics use cases

 

Ideal Requirements for this Role:

• Completed studies with a business background (e.g. business administration, economics, business informatics or similar)
• Several years of experience in the management of international rollout projects, ideally from management consulting with appropriate stakeholder management
• Relevant experience in digital transformation in the areas of sales, customers and marketing
• Distinctive consulting skills with a good understanding of data and a high level of solution orientation
• Sound project management skills (classic as well as agile), certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner) and experience in requirements engineering (e.g. JIRA) would be an advantage
• Enthusiasm for topics such as Data Analytics & Data Driven Decision Making desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and English, ideally another language (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French)
• Team player with strong intercultural communication skills and implementation orientation
