About the Senior Business Analyst, Field Services vacancy:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the transformation journey and work alongside specialists in this field by involving yourself in the following responsibilities:

• Interact with business stakeholders and conduct inquiry workshops.
• Provide Consulting Services, such as Process Consulting & Business Analysis.
• Drive and lead requirements gathering workshops, write functional specifications
• Process mapping, benchmarking and re-engineering
• Standardise and harmonise business processes
• Prepare business cases and impact assessment
• App evaluation, tool evaluation and vendor selection

The ideal candidate will have:

• Field service areas in the B2C and/or B2B space or Net Zero Services or Sustainability
• Good knowledge of field service planning and optimization software packages such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field services, Microsoft Dynamics FinOps, Service Power, Salesforce CRM, Click Software or Field service Lightning
