Role Summary 💻

The Sales Director will be responsible for creating targeted and effective strategies that establish and sustain connections with customers to achieve sales objectives and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a thorough sales plan to boost sales and market share.
  • Lead and oversee a group of sales professionals, offering guidance, instruction, and assistance to help them reach their sales targets.
  • Create and preserve solid connections with important stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Find fresh prospects and potential development areas, analyse market trends and consumer requirements.
  • Guarantee accurate reporting and efficient resource allocation, forecast and monitor the sales funnel.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to create and introduce new goods and services.
  • meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales objectives, and provide top management with frequent reports

Ideal Requirements for This Role:

  • Experience creating and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Cloud, application, and DevOps solutions.
  • A track record of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding negotiating, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to assess consumer and market trends and demands to find new business prospects
