Their consultants work across a variety of industries and functions including HR, Procurement, Finance and Ops, partnering with clients to design and implement next generation operations.

Role Summary

You will be building automations to fit business need and providing solutions to interesting and challenging problems, working in a team including Business Analysts, Testers, and other Developers to deliver solutions to the business and reporting into the Technical Project Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with Business Analysts to assess and understand potential automation solutions to business problems.
• Contributing to the design, build, implementation, testing and maintenance/support of automation solutions.
• Providing clear, detailed supporting documentation.
• Coordinating and managing the release to production environment.
• Supporting and maintaining the existing automations – including root cause analysis, clean-up, and bug fixes.
• Maintaining the schedule of processes, resolving scheduling conflicts and assisting in managing the scheduling expectations of stakeholders.
• Championing RPA development best practices and supporting materials such as documentation and training sessions.
• Coaching and mentoring Junior RPA Developers.
• Providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing and estimating new automation requirements.
• Developing and modifying new and existing RPA Processes.

Requirements for this role

• Experience in building UiPath RPA processes.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft .Net languages like VB.Net or C#.
• Experience in RPA architecture and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of best practices within process automation.
• Background as an automation software engineer working on high impact projects.
• Ability to translate models and results to stakeholders and clients.
