They are looking for talented Robotics Field Technician to provide onsite technical support to one of the organisation’s largest clients.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for providing the company’s clients and distributors with on-site technical assistance.

You will be working closely with the service team to provide quick problem responses and diligently track overall system performance and operation.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying issues, changing or repairing damaged parts, testing, and performing the required corrections and calibrations.
  • Onsite product upgrading implementation.
  • Performing preventative maintenance for robotic systems.
  • Maintain inventory on-site (such as computers, tools, and replacement parts).
  • Oversee system setup and installation at a new client’s location.
  • Provide customers with operator and technical training for the company’s system.

Ideal Requirements for this Role

  • BSc in Technical Engineering.
  • Experience working with hands-on electrical and mechanical assembly.
  • Experience providing full hands-on technical service and support.
  • Ability to understand mechanical and electrical designs.
  • Experience in remote support and customer training.
