They are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to drive the company’s growth and expand its presence in the diverse and competitive European Robotics market.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will be in charge of overseeing the company’s expansion into the DACH market. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting lead generation and creating new opportunities for new customers.

You will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales tactics to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.
  • Manage Sales Process through the entire sales cycle up to final negotiations and closing.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within the region.

Ideal Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience (in B2B or industrial sales environment) with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge of robotics and automation.
  • BSc or MSc Degree.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany.
  • Fluent in German and English
