Orbis is working with a leading Cinema Operator organisation to recruit a Project Management Officer. This chosen applicant will be someone who can support the delivery management of new business and technology projects, as well as the development of business processes

Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains essential project material, such as the Project Initiation Document, Lessons Learned, project plans, timelines, and budgets, and tracks delivery against plan using conventional project management tools.
• Stakeholder involvement by translating goals into business requirements and solutions.
• Maintains a Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies journal throughout the project’s life cycle, collaborating with owners to track, report, and address risks, escalating as needed.
• Support project workstreams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve outcomes that fulfil the success metrics indicated in the business case to develop project management and PMO capabilities.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ Years working within PMO
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
• Previous experience in a similar project delivery, coordination, or support role
• Involved in working on technology projects
• A financial background would be beneficial
• Handling large-scale projects are vital
