Permanent

I’m currently working with a disruptive, high-growth FinTech Unicorn who is looking for a Product Manager. They have a well-established product function, which is continuing to grow as the demand from customers increases and as they start to release new products and features. Their core product is their money transfer service which is used by traditional banks, FinTechs, traders, and other clients who required their support – key customers are companies such as Klarna, Revolut, Starling, Visa, and so on. Further details are below:

Title: Product Manager

Industry: FinTech Unicorn

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000

Benefits: Discretionary Bonus, L&D Budget, Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme, Optical & Dental Allowances, Health & Wellness Allowance, and other softer benefits

Location: Fully Remote (Offices in London, Cardiff, and Amsterdam if you do want to be in the office)

Key experience:

  • Experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a product-led environment: owning roadmaps, running product strategy, working closely with engineering teams, and so on.
  • Strong technical background – working with software engineering and data teams.
  • Comfortable working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

Nice to have:

  • Industry experience within FinTech – payments, FX, transaction banking, trading, etc.
  • Experience working in a high-paced, start-up, or scale-up environment.

If interested, please apply and I’ll be in touch to discuss further.
