Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies.
• Manage and mentor a team of solution engineers to ensure optimal design outcomes for our strategic programs.
• Create comprehensive solution architecture documents and artefacts in line with organizational standards.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and deliver tailored solutions that align with their needs.
• Gather and analyse data to provide informed assessments and recommendations.
• Oversee the transition of new projects into the delivery teams and ensure ongoing governance.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of technology and participate in the development of enterprise architecture.
• Work on large-scale commerce solutions as part of a collaborative and dedicated team.
• Identify Salesforce technical solutions and ecosystem products that effectively address business requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in both declarative configuration and programmatic development to build robust Salesforce solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Revenue.
• Apply your proficiency in designing solutions related to other CRM technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture, showcasing a track record of successful solution design and implementation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding solution architects to align designs with target architecture.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, leveraging it to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Thorough understanding of the Salesforce Eco-System and proficiency with other CRM technologies.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments, allowing for flexible and scalable solutions. Azure is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build strong working relationships.
• An expert in providing and implementing technical solutions to meet diverse business needs.
• Excellent technical documentation skills to ensure clear and concise project deliverables.
• Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
