Operations Analyst – Singapore – S$130,000 + 40% Bonus.

A global algorithmic trading house are on the lookout for their newest operations team member!

They operate in several marketplaces, assisting participants from all over the world in getting the greatest deals in a variety of asset types.


Supplying liquidity to financial markets and their clients poses a huge and challenging set of forecasting difficulties, and its solution necessitates resolving ever more complex data and technological issues. To deliver the highest value for those people and organisations wanting access to the markets, they must demonstrate remarkable levels of innovation, scientific skill, hard effort, and passion.

A position in operations will give you exposure to every facet of the company. Early on, you’ll have the chance to control processes on your own. Candidates will use a variety of technical abilities, including Golang and SQL, under the direction of the team, to enhance and create new processes. Interacting often with other teams and outside counterparties is necessary to find solutions to a variety of daily problems.

The ethos is to create solid, scalable solutions that increase team productivity and data accuracy. This is a chance to contribute to the expansion of a business where choices have an impact. Operations have a much greater impact than is typically the case at major institutions. Candidates with technical aptitude who are enthusiastic and self-starters are desired. The position offers the chance to bring fresh ideas to a small team and significantly improve both the team and the company.


  • Trade Assistance. Cash, position, and trading activity, reconciliations.
  • Discussing daily concerns with counterparties and exchanges.
  • Handling money and collateral across different brokers and clearing institutions.
  • Real-time risk escalation and monitoring.
  • Creation of several reports (including P&L, risk, treasury)
  • Executions of ad hoc trades.
  • The creation of reports and ad hoc data analysis.
  • When the company grows, adding new exchanges, counterparties, brokers, or goods globally
  • Create and keep up automated procedures.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to create new programmes and tools.
  • Possibilities to become exposed to a variety of asset classes during the trading life cycle.


  • Eager to learn new technical skills since we develop code or handle problems every day
  • 2:1 or above in maths, engineering, computer science or economics
  • A demonstrated aptitude and interest in process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Diligent, focused, and ready to assume responsibility for the position early on.
  • Some programming experience (Python, Go) related to automation.
  • Experience with Equities, Futures, FX, and Options.
