Field Network Engineer | Leading Data Centre Solutions Provider | Dublin (Full Remote) | €28,000 – 40,000 (with flexibility)

A leading global Data Centre Solutions Provider operating across a wide variety of sectors are looking for Field Network Engineers. Based in the US, this company are quickly expanding around the world and needs top talent to join them in their growth!

You will be joining a new, dynamic team working with iconic clients across industries. You will work closely with team members within the region as well as the Field Service Manager as you learn and grow within this high-performing team. This role is hybrid/remote depending on your preference.

Main Responsibilities:

• Configuring and installing various network devices and services, such as: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS.
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades
• Providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Understanding of WAN, LAN and Wi-Fi concepts and technologies.
• Experience in carrying out general admin duties to the network infrastructure and providing IT support within a commercial environment.
• End-user interaction in Data Centres.

Required Skills:

• Functional knowledge of multiple vendors
• Major plus if you have CCNA/CCNP Certification
• Previous experience with networking in a Data Centre environment.
• Hold a valid driving license – you will be required to visit other sites.
• Great communication skills.
