A highly exclusive opportunity has come up for ambitious Microsoft Security Engineers. We are searching for candidates with great proficiency in Microsoft Technologies to assist clients by designing and implanting security enhancements into their environments. This is a very high-achieving team and will assist any individual joining as a fellow security engineer.

Main Responsibilities

-Implement cloud security controls through Microsoft-native cyber security technologies

-Optimise configuration of client’s existing security tools- Defender for Endpoint, identity and cloud, Microsoft Sentinel

-Understanding of how to reduce security vulnerabilities

-Lead on DevSecOps initiatives

-Build Documentation and automation scripts necessary for the security operations team

-Work with Cloud operations teams in the definition and implementation of security standards and best practices.

Requirements

Demonstrated competency in some of the following is required:

-Microsoft sentinel and a good understanding of KQL and working knowledge of integrating custom connectors with sentinel using APIs

-M365 Threat Protection technologies including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud APPS

-Azure security technologies- key vault, Azure DDoS Protection and other

-Information Protection technologies such as Azure Information Protection, Windows Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention

-Compliance technologies including Advanced eDiscovery, Data Retention, and insider Risk Management

-Identity technologies including Azure Active directory P1 & P2

-Other experiences are of course valuable such as AWS and Power BI alongside any certifications!
