Role Summary

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be working with their clients to build data pipelines, explore data, and build models for production and deployment within the cloud.

You will set and follow the best practices while working in a collaborative team striving for innovation and constant evolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in a cross-functional team to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to apply machine learning.
  • Designing and implementing machine learning models using a variety of techniques.
  • Developing and maintaining machine learning pipelines, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analysing and interpreting results to guide decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
  • Staying up to date with the latest machine learning techniques and tools to apply them to business problems.

Experience required:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Engineering, or similar working on building scalable solutions and bringing models to production.
  • Experience with data wrangling and building data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with ETL, or ML technologies, e.g. MLFlow, AutoML, Scikit-learn, Dask, Tensorflow, Kubeflow, Spark, or similar platforms and frameworks.
  • Strong experience coding in Python, with Scala or Java as a plus.
  • Experience building and maintaining simulation, optimisation, and what-if scenario planning models.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD and testing.
  • Experience working within a cloud environment (Azure, GCP or AWS).
  • An undergraduate degree or above in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or similar.
