Our client, a leading financial institution in London, is looking for a Lead Business Process Analyst to join their Enterprise Architecture team on a permanent basis and support the identification and delivery of process improvements within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business who are focused on building an inclusive and entrepreneurial culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate and set the direction for Business Process Improvement
• Help assess, define and evolve the maturity of their Business Process Improvement Capability
• Understand and lead digital transformation (BPA) for their Business Processes
• Provide business process modelling knowledge and support within a number of change projects
• Analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Skills/Experience Required

• Experience with end-to-end process modelling, analysis and relevant tooling
• Experience in workflow and process automation
• Use of BPMN 2.0
