About the Java Full Stack Software Engineer Role:

Responsibilities:

• Driving their globally available online shop in the tool industry as part of a dynamic and international team.
• Designing high-performance, resilient, and scalable full-stack solutions as part of their agile development process.
• Jointly responsible for the entire development, starting with the technical conception through to deployment in the productive environment.
• Joint proactive learning and exchange of expert knowledge with the other developers in their team.

Ideal Requirements for the Java Full Stack Software Engineer Role:

• Sound expertise in development based on Java and Spring Framework – ideally in the eCommerce environment.
• Experience in the DevOps area is an advantage, including CI and CD pipelines (Jenkins), knowledge of automation/orchestration (Ansible).
• Familiarity with our technology stack, e.g. Backend: Java, Spring, MySQL, Frontend: VanillaJS, Angular, ES6, System: Linux, Docker, Varnish.
• Independent work, pair programming, code reviews and learning together in a team.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English or German.
