We’re looking for a talented IT Support Analyst to work for this European Equities Brokerage.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of providing great IT and end-user support.

The Role:

In the IT Support Analyst role, you’ll be primarily responsible for supporting all functions of the business across end-user and back-end environments, troubleshooting and resolving Issues.

You’ll spend your working week on-site in the company’s London office, working from 6.30am every day during training and then moving Into a shift rotation.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

 

– provide a fast response to queries

– escalate where required but retain ownership of Issues

– scheduling maintenance

– take part in long term project work

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this IT Support Analyst role will have relevant experience of strong user support experience, comfortable working to SLAs.

You’ll also need experience of handling multiple projects and changing priorities.

The Package:

Basic salary: £38,000 per annum depending on experience

Bonus: discretionary
