About the IT Service Manager in SAP Basis & SAP Cloud Vacancy:

 

Everything revolves around their SAP for you, which means questions related to their SAP platform go through you.

 

The wires come together for you when you guarantee the optimal availability of our SAP systems and their interfaces. This includes the monitoring of the interfaces and the SAP jobs.

You consistently monitor smooth SAP Basis operation and take care of creating and changing roles and authorizations.

Of course, as a SAP expert, you set the tone for all SAP projects and involve yourself professionally in overarching IT projects.

If faults occur, you take over the analysis and solution according to priorities – in close cooperation with specialist departments, IT and external SAP service providers.

Changes also accompany you in a leading role from planning to acceptance.

Last, but not least, you have a scrutinizing eye on the concepts/specifications created by the departments and support the planning and implementation of audits.

 

Ideal Requirements for the IT Service Manager in SAP Basis & SAP Cloud Vacancy:

Whether you have completed a degree (university/FH) in computer science or business informatics or practice-oriented IT training: you are fit in IT service and process management and have in-depth insights into SAP Basis, SAP Cloud, interface configuration and SAP authorization system

In addition, you are enthusiastic about the design and optimization of business processes: Here you convince with very good know-how – from the recording and analysis to the conception and modelling to the improvement of business processes

And since you work intensively with IT service providers in this position, you should already have managed external partners for many years
