About the IT Support Analyst Position:

The chosen applicant will become a member of the IT & Infrastructure team, which oversees the provision, administration, and maintenance of all IT-related systems and applications. This team supports the productivity of all business processes.

Together with the team, you will offer direct and remote assistance for telecom and desktop services.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to consumer inquiries on your own, and when necessary, escalate to third line.
• Serve as the main point of contact for recording end-user support issues and requests, informing users of the status of problems, and sustaining the highest calibre of professional service.
• Lifecycle management includes imaging and deploying Windows desktop and laptop computers as well as monitoring assets from onboarding through deprovisioning.
• Within outlined SLAs, provide support for a variety of internal and external trading applications.
• Understanding user needs and having the ability to prioritise and escalate problems as necessary.

Ideal Requirements for the IT Support Analyst Position:

• Experience supporting trading floors in the past, ideally within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of trade applications like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Reuters, etc.
• Support for Office 365 accounts and services, as well as Microsoft domain and server stack.
• Knowledge of Active Directory management
• Resolving hardware, software, and fundamental networking problems.
• Prior knowledge of using ticketing systems and requiring high service standards.
