A unique opportunity for a Head of Product to aid the scaling of two early-stage start-ups across the EdTech/Gaming and Payments space! 🚀

The VC/PE firm is backed by a group of entrepreneurs who’ve got an excellent track record building other tech businesses from scratch. The unique opportunity they have is to work with the c-suite for both start-ups and help them scale these new ventures. As their first product hire, you’ll be focused on putting process and structure in place, and helping coach product ways of working. Initially, it’ll be a mixture of hands-on vs. hands-off, and then as the teams grow you’ll become more hands-off and strategy-focused.

Naturally, any domain experience across EdTech, Gaming, FinTech, or Payments would be useful, but what we’re looking for primarily here is someone with broad industry experience across SaaS products, paired with proven experience taking business from start-up to scale-up in high-growth environments.

💰Salary: £70,000 to £120,000

📍Location: Madrid, Barcelona, London, or Athens – primarily remote, but ideally in Spain or London

🚅Flexibility: Primarily remote, but some international travel

Key experience:

• Product leader experience at VP/Director/Head/Lead level.
• Experience working in an early-stage start-up or scale-up, and an appreciation of how to work with co-founders and small teams.
• Proven track record of helping tech companies grow rapidly from start-up to scale-up.
• Strong experience working on SaaS and/or eCommerce products.
• Technical experience with engineering and data teams.

Nice to have:

• Computer Science degree or equivalent, or experience in commercial Software Engineering.
• Domain experience: EdTech, Gaming, FinTech, or Payments
