As the Business Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business’s market presence.

Your strategic vision and expertise in business development will be instrumental in building new partnerships, acquiring new clients, and establishing them as the industry leader.

Key Responsibilities πŸ”‘

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, property management firms, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and develop compelling marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences to promote our services and establish thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with the product and technology teams to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of our offerings.

Experience Required 🧠

  • Strong understanding of complex SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, commercial property leasing, and related technologies would be a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on innovation and driving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
