Full-Stack Developer (Python) – Up To £75k – Kent (Hybrid)

A rapidly-growing digital transformation company that works with major organisations across the UK and overseas in sectors from construction to emergency services to security to education, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Python) to join their team in Kent (hybrid).

Established for over 15 years, this company has enjoyed strong headcount growth of +35% in recent times. Now, they need experienced developers who are happy to elevate the organisation to the next level.

The Role:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will gather requirements and define system functionality, making you the go-to technical expert who can tackle any problems with hardware integration or event processing.

You will draw on your experience of design, development and deployment of modern software, and lead product development by directing teams and maximising product and service quality.

Of course you will also write code, primarily drawing on your Python ability, but also implementing other tech such as Angular and C#.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years’ experience with Python, particularly in a Full-Stack Developer role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating with internal teams and managers, as well as external stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and experience with API or Microservices architecture is desirable.
