Front End Developer (React) – Insur-Tech – London/Remote – £60,000- 85,000K DOE + Bonus

I’m looking for a Front End Developer to work for a technology focused Insurance Group in London.

The Role:

As Front End Developer, you’ll be primarily responsible for delivering high performance web applications for multiple clients across the business.

You’ll work with the wider engineering team and have the choice to work flexibly from home (anywhere in the UK) or the company’s London office.

In addition to above, you’ll be tasked with the following:

• Take ownership of some of the front end architecture
• Enhancing the products & applications
• Adding new features using React
• Implementing best practice and continuously raising the bar on the quality and scalability of the products and technology.

The Candidate:

An enthusiastic Front End Developer with experience building applications in React.

In addition, I need to see the following:

• Extensive experience and strong knowledge of React.js and Redux.
• Experience in managing full lifecycle of reusable UI components.
• Experience of consuming RESTful services.
• You know how to use Webpack and deploy front-end applications on cloud.
• Experience writing frontend unit tests, ideally using Jest.
• A strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Sass.

The Package:

Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 (Depending on experience)

Bonus: Discretionary
