A leading global Data Centre Solutions Provider operating across a wide variety of sectors are looking for Field Service Engineers. Based in the US, this company are quickly expanding around the world and need the top talent to join them in their growth!

You will be joining a new, dynamic team working with iconic clients across industries. You will work closely with team members within the region as well as the Field Service Manager as you learn and grow within this high-performing team. This role is hybrid/remote depending on your preference, with a company car provided for when you need to travel to other sites.

Main Responsibilities:

• Installing hardware upgrades and new systems.
• Network maintenance and repairs of data centre equipment.
• Configuring and installing various network devices and services.
• Providing Level 1-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Performing site audits and surveys.
• End-user interaction in Data Centres.

 

Required Skills:

• Experience with IBM I essential but also functional knowledge of multiple vendors such as, HP, Cisco, Juniper, Sun and Dell would be ideal.
• Previous experience with networking in a Data Centre environment.
• Hold a valid driving license – you will be required to visit other sites.
• Great communication skills.
