The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading software engineering teams, as well as strong experience in full-stack JavaScript development.

Job Summary:

The Full Stack JavaScript Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers and overseeing the development of software solutions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in full-stack JavaScript development and be comfortable managing a team of engineers. This role requires strong communication skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets deadlines and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions that meet business needs
• Lead technical design discussions and make key technical decisions
• Develop and maintain high-quality code and ensure that the team follows best practices
• Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
• Ensure that software is delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering management
• Strong technical background in full-stack JavaScript development, including Node.js and React.js
• Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Knowledge of software development best practices such as Agile and DevOps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
