A world leading professional services company with offices around the UK is searching for the perfect fit to join their new business unit, with a growth plan to move from 40-220 FTE over the next 4 years. The Role

Joining the Enterprises Business Applications team, you will use Microsoft Technology solutions to navigate Transformation programmes for clients going through business and technology change.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Create overviews of customer requirements including definition of business and technical requirements.
• Propose and discuss solution options with clients.
• Give advice during implementation on the configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Analyse and resolve defects.
• Provide input on testing, training, data, reporting and business change.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop tools and delivery plans.

 

Requirements

• Current, comprehensive experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/FO.
• Experience managing and communicating with stakeholders, technically and otherwise.
• Understanding of business processes and experience defining ‘to be’ process structures.
• Applied knowledge of defining and executing end-to-end functional testing.
• Experience delivering user training.
• Experience performing fit/gap analysis between business requirements and out-the-box functionality.
• Practical knowledge delivering at least two Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations through the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of business transformation programmes.

• 50/50 home/office split.
