Desktop Support Analyst | London (Hybrid)

One of the major pension insurers is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their UK team.

You will troubleshoot and escalate infrastructure issues to the relevant internal teams, while also providing support to business users across the organisation.

The Role:

This is a role where you will utilise your excellent customer service skills to support users at multiple levels of the platform.

You will be involved in infrastructure-related projects, both the installation and the maintenance of hardware devices, as well as implementing new applications and updates.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with desktop software (SCCM, Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Azure), as well as experience using Service Management Software (ServiceNow)
• Administration experience with Windows 10 Server 12 or Higher
• Ability to patch network ports and panels
• Good overall technical background
