The Company:

One of the world’s largest online travel platforms is looking for someone to join its Data Science team! You will be building next-generational systems that influence the travel decisions of millions of people per day which apply cutting-edge machine learning techniques. You’ll be:

• Seeking out new opportunities to apply data science to the business, mainly in NLP but also with more personal recommendations.
• Problem-solving and discovering new ways to analyse and interpret data
• Automating ETL pipelines and designing AB tests.
• Leading the design of machine learning models to solve a variety of core business problems in customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation

You’ll have the following:

• A PhD or Master’s in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with NLP as well as a strong background in machine learning and statistics
• Experience in Python specifically Numpy/Pandas/Scikit-learn and SQL
• Big Data experience along with strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners
