Data Analyst – Global Distributor – Permanent – Antwerp, Belgium – 2 days a week.

Our client is an European leader and the third largest distributor of workplace products and services in the world. The group directly operates in 25 countries in Europe and Asia and covers 16 additional markets on 4 continents through a network of distribution partners.

We are searching for a talented, Data Analyst who will play a key role in providing valuable insights into sales figures, targets and market trends. You will work closely with our Sales Directors, Sales Managers and other stakeholders to provide them with the right analytical input to best coach their sales teams and make informed decisions.

As Data Analyst, you will be responsible for producing ad-hoc reports as requested by the management team. You think proactively about improving and optimising our sales support

processes and reports. You will contribute new ideas and actively participate in the development and implementation of automated reporting tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales activities.

This is a permanent role and will pay competitive salaries and bonuses with a hybrid working model and you will be required to the offices 1/2 times a week.

Key requirements:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or similar experience.
• You have demonstrable interest in positions such as sales support, data analyst, sales analyst, etc.
• You have extensive knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, CRM systems and BI tools. You have strong communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• You are a dedicated and analytical person with an eye for detail. You can work independently but are also a team player.
• You have a proactive attitude and are able to identify problems and opportunities
