This client is an industry leader in the energy sector looking for an experienced Cognos consultant to join their team.
The Role:
You will take on a 6-month contract where you will be working on customer operations, providing daily reports on your findings, while also focusing on the transfer of data onto new platforms.
Do You Have Experience With:
- Customer Operations and Finance Reporting projects
- Open DD Reporting
- Transfer Extract
- Summary counts for customer contact breakdowns
- Mail merge campaigns for all customers with no contact details
- Generating manual work lists of exceptions for site support
- Generating rebill exceptions for site support
