One of the leading maritime companies in Germany are currently seeking an AWS (with Azure) Cloud Engineer/Technical Lead to join their team for an interesting piece of work on their internal Cloud platforms.

About the AWS (and Azure) Cloud Engineer/Technical Lead Position:
The successful candidate will join the global Cloud team to design, build and support services and solutions to meet a wide variety of business requirements.
Cloud computing infrastructure is at the heart of their IT platform, and spans across many business area, so deep knowledge and understanding of both AWS and Azure will be required.

Ideal Requirements for the AWS (and Azure) Cloud Engineer/Technical Lead Role:
· Professional experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer – Azure cloud would be a plus
· You think solution- and customer-oriented and are open to new technologies
· You bring along a training as IT specialist and several years of experience in this area or a technical degree
· First-hand practical experience with container management and orchestration of a microservice architecture
· Broad IT cloud knowledge, preferably in at least some of the following areas: EC2, Aurora RDS, VPC, IAM, Cloudflare, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Istio, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaegger, ELK, Python
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
· Valid EU work permit
