They are looking for Business Development Representatives to join their Inside Sales team to help foster interest and develop conversations with contacts at a wide range of enterprise corporations.

The Opportunity:

Due to expansion across Germany, the company are hiring across a range of positions. There is an opportunity to progress swiftly, participate in strategy, work flexibly and creatively, and have a voice in the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and helping to build interest in the company’s products.


  • You will actively network, and send personalised, strategic, value-added emails, calls, and social media messages (no copying and pasting) to find new sales leads and business prospects.
  • You’ll have the ability to quickly evaluate a firm, spot opportunities, and plan a strategy that sparks interest.
  • Based on established parameters, you will create a profile for potential customers.
  • You will have to effectively close lots of deals.

Ideal Requirements for this Role:

  • Desire to work in a full-cycle sales role for software
  • Possess a proven track record of achievement and goal-setting in a sales-related position.
  • Be passionate about disruptive technologies
  • Knowledgeable about the function that social media plays in businesses.
  • Have 1-3 years of Inside Sales or sales development experience in the enterprise space.
  • A strong degree of motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
