A world-leading professional services company with offices around the UK is searching for a high-performing Business Analyst to join their new business unit. Focused on business application innovation and implementation, this company is looking to scale up in this area quickly.

The role:

Using a variety of digital transformation programmes to understand and deliver on clients’ business requirements, with lots of scope and visibility across the business, you will be required to:

• Assess risks and inefficiencies in business processes.
• Support business stakeholders to define what they want in their future state.
• Develop process maps.
• Document business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders to drive consensus on business.
• Work closely with team members on solution design, building and deployment.

You will need:

• Strong experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders across internal and external teams.
• Experience communicating and building relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Business analysis experience in large projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Stack skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for automation using the business’s processes.
• Experience summarising and well-documenting complex business processes to be easily understood.
• Preferable experience with Dynamics 365.
