Role Summary 💼
As a Business Analyst specialising in SaaS projects, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, playing a crucial role in analysing, designing and implementing SaaS projects that align with organisational goals.
Expertise in project management and delivery, excellent organisational and communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail are key for this position.

Key responsibilities🔑
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand and document project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, as well as create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Work closely with development teams to design a solution that meets business requirements, as well as ensure that proposed solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in project planning and scoping activities, assist in defining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and develop and maintain project documentation.
- Utilise your project management skills to oversee the execution of SaaS projects, monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria, as well as ensure that the delivered solutions meet quality standards.
- Support change management efforts by assisting in the development of training materials, conducting user training, and facilitating the adoption of new SaaS solutions within the customer organisation.
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the customer organisation, provide regular project status updates and ensure that expectations are managed appropriately.
- Use data analysis techniques to extract insights from project-related data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise after the deployment of the SaaS solution.
Required Experience 🧠
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience in delivering and project managing IT/SaaS projects, preferably in a business analyst role, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders both internal and with customers.
- Knowledge of IT and/or SaaS technologies and trends.
- Proven ability to develop and implement solutions that optimise business operations.
Advantageous experience
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Procurement or Supply Chain Management sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS business.
- Knowledge of Monday.com.
