The Opportunity

As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the IT Operations Team, which is in charge of the technical delivery of the company’s mission-critical services and projects as well as the management of the company’s global cloud infrastructure.

In addition to having expertise with cloud, infrastructure, and security operations, you will collaborate directly with the Group Head of Technology and team leaders in all areas of the company, including Research, Execution and Development.

You will be offering business solutions and excellent customer service while embracing cutting-edge tools, routines, and procedures like Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join the Tech Team in a hands-on capacity as a member of a vibrant team that embraces Agile principles.

You will assist in developing best practises for deploying solutions into both Microsoft Azure and on-premise Data Centres.

You will have the chance to offer a variety of solutions and services, in charge of continuously improving the performance of current systems, assuming full ownership of key solutions, and contributing to the definition of the business’ long-term architecture and strategy.

Ideal Requirements for this Role:

• Experience leading implementation and oversight procedures for Cloud Native Infrastructure, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, including AKS and Azure Landing Zone.
• Understanding of scalable and robust systems and solutions, including disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic abilities, in order to tackle requests and issues quickly, find the source of the issue, and offer long-lasting solutions.
• Collaborative and communicative personality.
