Asset Operations Analyst | Investment Operations | London, UK (Hybrid)

Team Overview

Sitting within the wider Investment Operations business area, the Asset Operations team adds value by ensuring that cash management and investment-related activity, as well as payments to and from business accounts, are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Role Overview

The team is seeking an Asset Operations Analyst to provide support to the team managing a variety of cash management, trade support, payment instructions and general middle & back-office functions, as well as change requests to improve current operational processes. This involves oversight and monitoring of the outsourced middle- and back-office provider to ensure expected service levels are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight monitoring of outsourced investment accounting.
• Prepare and review internal reporting to management.
• Oversight monitoring of unlisted Private Equity & Real estate investment service provider.
• Production and assist with cash management processes.
• Transactions support and settlement processes.
• Assist in new business processes.

Skill and Experience Required

• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Deep understanding of Fixed Income asset classes and a basic understanding of OTC Derivative instruments.
• Understanding of trade settlements and standard settlement instructions.
