The Account Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and growing accounts in the areas of Planning offices, Architects, Housebuilders, Installers and Electrical wholesalers predominately in the Benelux region, but also globally

Responsibilities:

  • Expand the business operations within the Benelux and globally.
  • Create and oversee sales opportunities with planning offices, architects, home builders, installers, and wholesale electrical suppliers.
  • Encourage national electrical wholesalers to expand their flow business.
  • Gathering market feedback and customer feedback, relaying it to the organisation.
  • Establish the necessary pricing within a predetermined range.
  • Participation in exhibits.
  • Reaching and upholding sales goals.
  • Support with the creation of sales documentation.

Ideal Requirements for This Role:

  • Several years of experience, ideally with a manufacturer or distributor.
  • Account management experience.
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • High levels of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
  • A track record of successful sales.
  • Technical understanding and experience in the lighting industry.
