2013

Craig & Wayne launch Orbis from the back of a friend's office. Later moving to our own offices 3 times, as our team was rapidly expanding.

2017

We found a new home in Aldgate East and with it came a full company rebrand.

2018

Orbis go global! We launched our first US office over in New York.

2019

Our community and media brand was created.

2020

We launched a second US office in Nashville & introduced our flexible working policy. London moved to WeWork in Monument.

2021

Global expansion across the team, new Amsterdam office & a brand new website launch. It doesn't stop there. Stay tuned for some big updates in 2022!

To ensure that we continue to deliver to our clients and the tech community, we are continually investigating our processes and challenging the industry.

We believe we can always strive to do more with diversity strategies across technology and recruitment. This works in conjunction with our partnerships, events and existing hiring initiatives with our clients to create a more inclusive industry overall. We recognise that recruitment plays a key role in setting better hiring and diversity precedents across the wider world of tech.

Orbis has been awarded with a distinction accreditation and we work in partnership with the Global Equality Collective to identify new diversity targets and equip our team with frameworks in support of this.

We continue to hold ourselves accountable so we can improve our D&I strategy consistently, year-over-year, both from an internal and external perspective.

We are actively working with various clients to reach their diversity and inclusion targets.

Some of these include; a bespoke search for Black and Hispanic professionals within Engineering in the USA, female only search for an EMEA CIO position, closely monitoring diversity of submissions and an exclusive project to source female only engineers in the UK.
